Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge Launching Soon in Nepal

Samsung is set to launch the Galaxy S25 Edge in Nepal, bringing the world’s slimmest flagship to local shelves. With a cutting-edge design, powerful internals, and next-gen AI features, this device is tailored for premium smartphone users who value both aesthetics and performance.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge Overview

Design and Display

Measuring a mere 5.8mm in thickness and weighing just 163 grams, the Galaxy S25 Edge stands out for its ultra-thin profile and lightweight construction. The device features a durable titanium frame and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2, ensuring both elegance and resilience. Its 6.7-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display offers a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and peaks at 2,600 nits brightness, delivering vibrant visuals even under direct sunlight.

Performance and AI Integration

The Samsung S25 Edge, like other models in the S25 series, runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip. It’s powerful and efficient but can get a bit warm during use. To help with that, Samsung has added a small vapor chamber for cooling, though how well it works is still unclear. You’ll get smooth performance just like the rest of the S25 lineup, along with 12GB of RAM and a choice between 256GB or 512GB of storage.

The device runs on Android 15 with One UI 7, offering a user-friendly interface and integrating Galaxy AI features like Now Brief and Google Gemini, enhancing productivity and personalization.

Galaxy AI

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge brings enhanced Galaxy AI features, making the phone smarter and more user-friendly than ever. It now understands natural language and on-device context, allowing you to find photos or settings just by describing them. With the combined power of Google Gemini and Samsung Bixby, voice commands are smoother and more accurate. The new “Now Brief” feature offers relevant updates in one place via the Now Bar, while the upgraded “Circle to Search” can identify audio, phone numbers, emails, and links for instant actions. Additional tools like Call Summarization, Drawing Assist, and Writing Assist further boost everyday convenience and productivity.

Camera System

The Galaxy S25 Edge boasts a dual-camera setup, featuring a 200MP main sensor with optical image stabilization and a 12MP ultra-wide lens. The camera system supports 8K video recording at 30fps and 4K at 120fps, catering to both photography enthusiasts and content creators. The 12MP front-facing camera ensures high-quality selfies and video calls.

Battery Life and Charging Capabilities

Battery

Equipped with a 3,900mAh battery, the S25 Edge supports 25W wired charging and 15W wireless charging. While the battery capacity is modest compared to its siblings in the Galaxy S25 series, it is optimized to deliver a full day’s usage under moderate conditions.
