Tecno Spark Go 2 Now in Nepal – Full Specs, Features, and Latest Price (2025)

The Tecno Spark Go 2 is a great choice for budget-conscious buyers who still want to get decent features. It comes in a compact panel, fluid refresh rate and current software in an affordable package. This device is geared towards customers that do not need many of those high-end flagship luxuries but still want to get quality value for money.

Tecno Spark Go 2 Overview

Design and Build-up

The Spark Go 2 is a 100″ modern big screen frame of a big enough size but not too bulky. Its dimensions are around 165.6 mm x 77 mm x 8.3mm. The front is glass and the back and frames are made of plastic to keep cost and weight to a minimum. It comes in several colours like Ink Black colour, Titanium Grey colour, Veil white colour and Turquoise Green colour. It also has some durability credentials of IP64 (dust-tight and splash-proof) for added peace of mind.

Display

On the display part, the Spark Go 2 is equipped with an IPS LCD panel with HD+ resolution (720 x 1600 pixels) and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. This is great value for money as usually a 120 Hz capability on a panel indicates that scrolling and transitions will be smoother than usual 60 Hz panels. It has been claimed that the score-the-body ratio is approximately 84%. Because it’s using plastic for the back and bezel, it doesn’t have that quad-glass feel the more expensive phones have but for its segment, the display really pops.

Processor

Inside the bonnet, the phone is powered by a 12 nm process based Unisoc T7250 chipset. The CPU consists of 2×1.8 GHz Cortex-A75 + 6×1.6 GHz Cortex-A55 + Mali-G57 MP1 GPU. In other words, when doing everyday things like social networking, streaming videos, casual gaming and general-purpose multitasking tasks, the Spark Go 2 is able to deliver adequate performance. It will not be able to work with high end flagships for challenge games or multi-tasking, but it is a good buy in the budget bracket.

Camera

The camera system is simple with an appropriate quality, according to the price of the product. The camera rear has a 13 MP PDAF sensor (f/1.8), dual-LED flash; and the front camera has an 8 MP selfie camera. This is more than enough for taking normal day light photos, and goes up to the selfies and video calls basics. In low light, and for more demanding photography (zoom, ultra wide and zoomed video) you can see your limits. But as a simple and spontaneous photograph we can live with it.

Battery

Battery life is good with 5000 mAh capacity. What’s more, a wired charging of 15 W is also supported by the phone. Large capacity has an advantage of this price range and you can assume a full day of moderate usage. The display has been upgraded to HD+ instead of Full HD and above for better battery consumption. Of course charging is slower than on flagship phones, but for the class it is decent.

Conclusion

If you’re shopping for a smartphone on a tight budget in Nepal and want more than the very bare minimum, the Tecno Spark Go 2 is a compelling pick. It offers a large 120Hz display, modern software, a good battery, and decent performance for everyday use, all at a very accessible price. The compromises are clear: camera quality won’t match mid- or high-end phones, build materials are simple (plastic), charging speed is modest, and it won’t excel in intense gaming or heavy multitasking. But for basic tasks, streaming, social apps and everyday communication it’s a smart value choice. If you can stretch your budget a bit for a better camera or premium materials, you might want to look at slightly higher tier devices but if you want solid value in the budget range, this one deserves a look.
